I saw The Vow yesterday - about a couple's drama. A car accident washes the last 4 years of their life from her brain. She wakes up and she doesn't remember her husband. I am asking you... if love comes from our heart, how come love disappears when we loose our memory? And if love comes from our brain, why do we get a heartache instead of a headache? At some point we all get a heartache... I prefer the headache!

Finally the Easter is gone! I'm experiencing bad weather - wind or rain or both-, cold hands and feet and a funeral I couldn't face. Too soon... 

I received a kit of face cream and I wanna punch me in the face for trying it! My eyes are burning and weeping! I'm not using it inappropriate but I will when I'll put the cream on my legs after waxing! And it's anti-wrinkles!

Easter & birthday

Today we are celebrating Easter but is also the birthday of two of my friends, Ana and Alina (aka Alice) . I wish them all the good things in the world, all the happiness and love and I want to thank them for being my friends in good times and bad times. Happy birthday, girls!!!

When big sister stays overnight then it must be a drink/movie night- like last Saturday when we had a beer/ a stupid movie I can't remember its name. Then we saw "Hysteria" - in fact the invention of the first vibrator in the name of medical science.

New section added

I have this key ring (pink shoes) since I was about 10 years old. Probably that was the age when I discovered how much I love shoes. Now I share a pair of shoes with my mother (the silver shoe with crystals) - a key ring, too.

I guess you've notice the new section on the left named "Shoes for today" - a section dedicated to a girl's best friends (after diamonds!). I'll choose a picture per day with the shoes I like best. Enjoy!

They say: ‘After the face, hands are the second most visible tell-tale sign of one’s age,’  And I think it's true. More than that I almost have an obsession with the nails. I admit, I look first at someone's nails and I read that person. Due to the fact that I have a "bacteria phobia"    (I think it's called "bacteriophobia") I wash my hands like...50 times/hour. Skin gets dry so I have to use tonnes of cream, body cream, hand cream or lotion. I try to keep them moisturized so the wrinkles don't appear sooner than necessary.

Stinging nettle has a flavour similar to spinach  when cooked (which I dislike!) and is rich in vitamins A, C, iron, potassium, manganese, and calcium.  Soaking nettles in water or cooking will remove the stinging chemicals from the plant, which allows them to be handled and eaten without incidence of stinging.

Nettles kept in a room will protect anyone inside. (This may have arisen from common knowledge of the tremendous amount of nutrients nettles offer, making them a powerful plant in that sense.)

5 months

Five months since my dad left us and this world (for a better one - I hope). Time flew by, but nothing changed. I miss him the same. Time didn't manage to change or ease the lost. Every day I keep remembering all the good time I had with dad and I keep sealing these memories in "boxes" in my mind hoping that time won't catch and erase them. I know one day when I'll open those virtual boxes will be empty. Time will erase them slowly one by one. I hope this will happen when I'll be old enough. Just a thought... I don't remember my first ten years of life and other ten (10-20 years old) are foggy. If I'll live another 20 years...by the time I'll be 50 it means these ten years (20 to 30 years) I'm living right now will be forgotten.
One thing I know for sure: no one and nothing can erase my love for my dad. I love you, dad and I'll always be your girl!
